Our Opportunity
Location: Iron Bridge - Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.

As a trusted partner to leaders and employees, you’ll deliver end-to-end people support across employee and industrial relations, performance management, leadership development, engagement, and workforce initiatives. You’ll be empowered to influence culture, build capability, and drive meaningful people outcomes while living Fortescue’s values every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to build a positive, high-performing workplace aligned to Fortescue’s culture and values
- Coach and mentor leaders and employees to support engagement, capability, and performance
- Drive key people initiatives and organisational improvement activities across site operations
- Support leadership development and workforce capability through training and development programs
- Contribute to impactful projects, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working in a generalist role covering IR/ER, performance management, organisational development, and reporting
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold Fortescue People initiatives and company values within discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counselling, negotiating and report writing
- Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and control own workload
