We're looking for a Performance and Development Specialist to join our Organisational Development (OD) team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development professional, or someone currently working within People Services, Human Resources, or a related People function, who is passionate about performance, talent and employee engagement and is looking to contribute to enterprise-wide people initiatives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation.
Joining the OD team within Fortescue's People function, you will play a key role in delivering Fortescue's annual Performance and Talent cycle and employee engagement survey. Working closely with People Business Partners, leaders and stakeholders across the business, you will help provide meaningful insights, and support initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and employee experience.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines stakeholder engagement, project coordination, survey delivery and continuous improvement. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing enterprise-wide projects, and using people insights to drive meaningful organisational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of Fortescue's enterprise-wide Performance and Talent cycle, ensuring key milestones, communications and activities are delivered effectively.
- Partner with People teams and business leaders to provide guidance and support on Performance and Talent processes, frameworks and tools, driving consistency and adoption across the business.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder communications, guidance materials and resources that support leaders and employees throughout the annual people calendar.
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Fortescue's employee engagement survey, ensuring project milestones, stakeholder engagement and survey activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Manage survey operations, data integrity and reporting, including participant management, system configuration, quality assurance and dashboard administration to deliver accurate and meaningful insights.
- Support continuous improvement by analysing people data and insights, maintaining action planning processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience and organisational capability.
Qualifications and Experience

Strong analytical and reporting capability, with experience working with large people or survey datasets using Excel, survey platforms and reporting dashboards to validate data, identify trends and translate findings into meaningful insights.

Extensive experience (5 years +) in a relevant field

Experience in Organisational Psychology is highly desirable

Experience with the Qualtrics Platform (or similar) is highly desirable
