We are currently seeking expressions of interest from High Voltage Electricians with Mobile Plant Experience to join our talent community.

Work Location: Opportunities arFIFO from Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing or Kununurra to our Pilbara WA mine sites.

 

Rosters available: Our rosters range from 8D6R7N7R OR 7D7N14R depending on site and department.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of large-Scale Mobile Mining Equipment.
  • Willingness to learn new disciplines and skills to ensure the incoming Green Fleet transition has a Maintenance team with Never Ever Give Up attitude and capability to grow with innovative technology.
  • Diagnostics & fault finding.
  • Workshop and pit duties as required.
  • Work in conjunction with all mobile maintenance teams to achieve 100% schedule compliance.
  • Ensure Fortescue and site operations procedures and policies are followed.
  • Adapting to innovative technologies

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant Australian-recognised trade certificate.
  • HV switching ticket
  • Previous experience working in Mining.
  • Mobile plant experience is essential. Electric HME experience and exposure are desirable.
  • High regard for safety
  • Heavy Rigid Driver’s License (desired)
