We are currently seeking experienced Project Coordinators to join our talent community.
These roles involve supporting the delivery of commercial outcomes by working closely with the team to support coordination and facilitate high quality timely project deliverables. The positions will require interfacing with multiple functions and departments and an exceptional ability to manage diverse workloads and priorities to deliver quality and timely results.

Work Location: Perth
Roster: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains team efficiency by providing administrative support to organise team activities, operations and procedures
- Prepare and revise documents, including letters, reports, meeting minutes and presentations
- Scheduling and tracking team Board and Committee reporting requirements
- Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders based on the requirements of various departments, ensuring timely approvals and processing
- Continually look for and implement improvements in line with the Fortescue values
- Other administrative and support tasks as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Similar support position within a fast-paced environment ideally in a project environment within the Energy, Heavy Industry or Resources Industry
- High proficiency in Microsoft suite of software tools, in particular Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience working in SAP (highly desirable)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a personable yet professional approach
- Demonstrated experience dealing with highly confidential matters
- Belief in the value of team and collaboration
- High levels of self-motivation with demonstrated ability in resilience when managing diverse workloads and priorities and deliver quality and timely results
