Our Opportunity

 

Work Location:  Perth, CBD.  Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

 

Roster:  Monday to Friday.

 

** This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role covering parental leave **

 

As the Executive Assistance supporting the Director Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative, coordination, and operational support, with a primary focus on Investor Relations workstreams. The role is critical to the effective management of investor engagement, executive scheduling, reporting cycles, and financial administration, ensuring seamless interaction with internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide comprehensive calendar and email management for the Director Corporate Finance
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, accommodation and logistics  
  • Coordinate Investor Relations events, roadshows, site visits and conferences, including travel logistics and meeting schedules for Senior Management
  • Contribute to the preparation of internal and external communications, presentations, briefing materials and other documentation as required
  • Manage corporate access activities, liaising with institutional investors, analysts and key stakeholders
  • Manage the Investors shared mailbox and dedicated phone line, supporting inbound shareholder enquiries via phone and or email
  • Maintain the Investor Centre on the global website and investor news
  • Manage the Investor Relations CRM and other shared databases
  • Contribute to the delivery of key monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
  • Generate purchase orders, process invoices, expense reconciliations, and PPE orders as required
  • General administrative support across the business as required.

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives in a corporate, finance, or professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and confidential information
  • High level of professionalism and confidence engaging with senior internal leaders and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent demonstrated Microsoft Office experience
  • SAP experience is desired
  • Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment
  • Flexible working hours when required.
