Job Summary

Joining the Organisational Development (OD) team within our People function, this role plays a key part in creating innovative, purpose-led learning solutions that support leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and future workforce capability.
You will contribute to the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences that build capability across the business, from frontline teams through to emerging and established leaders. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys bringing learning to life through creative design, digital innovation, and practical application.
A key part of this role includes developing content for Fortescue’s newly developed Virtual Campus, our very own learner experience platform, to design and deliver modern, accessible, and engaging learning journeys that enhance how our people learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, scalable learning solutions that build capability for current and future operational needs
- Create blended learning experiences, from e-learning and video content to facilitator guides, assessments, and on-the-job tools, using platforms such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Translate technical, operational and leadership content into clear, learner-focused materials
- Integrate learning programs within SuccessFactors and other platforms to ensure seamless access and learner experience
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to make learning practical, relevant, and impactful, using technology, multimedia and design thinking
- Use data and feedback to measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes
- Leverage AI‑enabled tools to improve the quality, speed, and effectiveness of learning solutions
- Support capability frameworks, skills mapping, and development pathways that strengthen leadership pipelines and workforce readiness
- Use design thinking, digital tools, and multimedia to create high-quality, engaging learning content
