Mobility Delivery Lead
Our Opportunity
Work Location: Perth CBD. Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: Monday to Friday.
We are seeking a Mobility Delivery Lead to own the delivery of mobile products built on the OutSystems platform. This role is responsible for leading delivery, and ensuring our mobile applications deliver meaningful business and user outcomes. You will own a strategic mobility capability across an application portfolio, not just a single application.
You’ll operate at the intersection of product strategy (in collaboration with the Business Partnering function) as well as agile delivery, with influence over both the platform and the applications built on it. This role will be focussed on outcomes and impact, not just delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end mobile product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap through to delivery, adoption, and optimisation
- Lead and evolve the OutSystems mobility platform as a strategic product capability
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define product outcomes, and prioritise work based on value
- Work closely with a Business Analyst to refine requirements and define clear, value driven user stories and acceptance criteria
- Maintain a prioritised and actionable product backlog
- Lead agile delivery as a Product Lead and Scrum Master, ensuring teams are focused on outcomes, quality, and continuous improvement
- Provide direction and leadership to development teams for the delivery of mobile applications
- Measure success through adoption, usability, performance, and business impact
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience leading digital or mobile products, ideally in enterprise or complex environments
- Knowledge with OutSystems or comparable low-code platforms
- A product mindset, with the ability to prioritise and make trade offs based on value
- Experience in Agile Software Practices., including backlog ownership and sprint facilitation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Enough technical knowledge to lead mobile development conversations
- Strong knowledge and experience with Jira.
