Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Fortescue is seeking a Digital Distribution & Performance Manager to lead how our marketing and communications content is distributed, amplified and measured across paid and owned digital channels.
Sitting at the intersection of content, channels, platforms and performance, this role ensures high-quality content is supported by deliberate distribution strategies and a strong feedback loop into future planning and investment decisions.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines paid media expertise with strong analytical depth and practical campaign execution experience across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Own the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta and Sprinklr

Operate directly within live tools to build, launch, refine and scale campaigns

Work with external agencies to plan activity, while retaining accountability for performance outcomes and optimisation direction

Orchestrate distribution across paid and owned channels, ensuring search, SEO and campaign activity work cohesively

Determine where and how content should be amplified to maximise reach, engagement and conversion

Build and manage email campaigns and journey-based communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Review and interpret performance data across paid and owned channels using GA4, Sprinklr and platform reporting

Translate performance insights into clear recommendations, strengthening the feedback loop into content and channel planning

Identify and address gaps in measurement, tracking and campaign implementation to ensure scalable, reliable execution

Partner with stakeholders across marketing, communications and business units to balance delivery, optimisation and long-term capability uplift
Qualifications and Experience

Demonstrated experience in paid media and performance marketing within complex or enterprise environments

Proven track record delivering measurable digital marketing outcomes

Strong hands-on experience operating enterprise advertising and marketing platforms

Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and similar platforms

Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable email and journey platforms

Strong analytical capability and confidence working with dashboards and campaign data

Proficiency in performance reporting tools such as GA4, Sprinklr and platform-native analytics

Technical fluency across tracking, optimisation logic and campaign implementation best practice

Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term optimisation
