Our Opportunity
Location: Iron Bridge - Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.

Fortescue is seeking experienced Maintenance Servicepersons to support operations across our sites, including Iron Bridge. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, inspections, servicing, and fueling of large-scale mining equipment in active mining areas, ensuring fleet performance meets optimal efficiency, safety, and environmental standards. This hands-on position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow Fortescue and site operational procedures while upholding Zero Harm principles
- Service, fuel, and conduct routine inspections on large-scale mining equipment
- Check and maintain lubricants, filters, and related components
- Work collaboratively with mobile maintenance teams to achieve 100% schedule compliance
- Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, data collection, and identified issues
- Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience servicing and fueling mining fleet equipment in a mining or heavy industrial environment
- Current and valid WA C-Class driver’s licence
- Strong knowledge of mobile mining equipment maintenance, including lubricants and filters
- Experience using SAP for time confirmations and defect notifications
- Strong commitment to safety, health, and environmental compliance
- Effective problem-solving, communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
