Our Opportunity
Location: Cloudbreak, located on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people.
Roster: 7D/7N/14R - FIFO ex Perth or Busselton
Cloudbreak OPF has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to step into the role of Operations Supervisor. Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the fixed plant in alignment with Fortescue’s Safety Systems, Procedures, and Values.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and engage with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve production and operational targets
- Build, maintain and promote a positive, high-performing team culture
- Manage team performance, providing coaching and support where required
- Take ownership of effective work management practices, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance and execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Fortescue’s operational excellence
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong commitment to safety
- Proven ability to build inclusive, collaborative teams and manage performance
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational capability, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Exposure to, or solid working knowledge of, SAP and BMS management systems
