We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our high-performing team, supporting both operational and corporate portfolios across the business. This is a fast-paced, high-volume internal recruitment role where you will partner closely with leaders to deliver critical hiring outcomes in a competitive market.
The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, is high performing professional who has the ability to adapt to an exciting forever changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across operational and corporate functions to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume portfolio, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination
- Proactively build and manage talent pipelines across key disciplines to support current and future workforce demand
- Deliver recruitment outcomes aligned to time-to-fill, quality of hire and stakeholder satisfaction
- Provide market insights and advice to stakeholders to support hiring decisions in tight labour markets
- Ensure a high-quality, inclusive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support contractor conversions, compliance processes and onboarding activities in line with business requirements
- Leverage recruitment systems (SuccessFactors) and data to manage workflows, reporting and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume internal recruitment, managing multiple roles simultaneously
- Proven experience recruiting across Operational (blue collar) and Corporate/professional roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with site-based or operational leaders
- Experience in mining, resources, energy, construction or similar industries strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, talent mapping and candidate engagement approaches
- Experience working within structured recruitment frameworks and systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capability
