We are seeking a Work Management Specialist to join Asset & Materials Management within the Process, Systems & Assurance division

This role sits in the Work Management Implementation & Delivery team and focuses on supporting the implementation, adoption, and sustainment of work management and asset management processes and systems across site and corporate environments.

In this role, you will partner with operational and corporate teams to embed standardised work management practices, support system and process improvements, and build capability through coaching and training. You will play a key role in driving compliance, continuous improvement, and data-driven maintenance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation and sustainment of work management and asset management processes and systems.
  • Delivering training and on-the-job coaching to improve system use, process adherence, and capability.
  • Conduct WM audits and support with close out actions and embedment
  • Analysing maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting system enhancements and conduct user acceptance testing of system changes adoption across ERP systems and related tools.
  • Encouraging continuous improvement and Support change of management activities.
  • Support the review of Work Management documentation, procedures, standards, and training materials.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Exposure to business improvement, continuous improvement, audits and assurance activities or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Experience in work management, asset management processes, CMMS Plant Maintenance or Materials Management, ideally within an operational, industrial, or resource-based environment
  • Exposure to reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualisation to support performance insights.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence all levels from frontline to leadership
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions-focused, with the ability to work effectively across operational and corporate teams
